The world is facing a challenge that many of us never expected. Many of us are anxious. But the silver lining to this experience is that we are in it together. Our teams are living alongside you, and we are just as committed today as ever to serving you. In addition to the precautionary measures we have put in place to reduce everyone's exposure to the virus, we want to stay connected to find new ways to serve you even in a time of social distancing. Virtual Exercise

Fitness centers are closed (ours included), but you can still work out. Download this guide to find ways to continue to break a sweat without having to leave home to do it.
 


Watch Netflix with Friends

Speaking of movies, Netflix launched the Netflix Party website so that you can host viewing parties virtually. It synchronizes the playback and adds a group chat feature.
 


Stream the Zoo

Zoos may be closed, but most have livestreams you can view from your couch. The San Diego Zoo is one of our favorites, so go take a look at all of the different feeds they have available.
 

Are You Open?

We consider ourselves an essential business, and so we are here for you. With that said, we are taking steps to reduce exposure to Covid-19, so some leasing offices are closed. Even in those situations, we are still responding to emails and phone calls and offering virtual tours. We are calling all residents weekly to check in, so if we missed you, please reach out. We want to hear from you.     

Are You Offering Virtual Tours?

Absolutely! We have pre-recorded tours available at every community and we can accommodate one-on-one virtual tours through FaceTime or Google Hangouts. Email or call us to schedule a virtual tour.

Are Amenities Closed?

Great news! We are actively working with state and local governments on plans to reopen amenity spaces. Check your inbox for updates on openings or call your leasing office. As of today, all of our fitness centers are closed (see virtual exercise options in the social distancing resources section). Other amenity spaces are being handled on a community-by-community basis. Please call or email your leasing team for more information. For all open public spaces, please follow CDC guidelines for practicing social distancing.

Are You Responding to Maintenance Requests?

For now, our maintenance teams are only focused on emergency maintenance requests in order to reduce everyone's exposure to Covid-19. Please continue to make requests through your resident portal.
