Pet-Friendly Living

Pets are family too. That's why we have no size restrictions on your furry children. In fact, bring them by the leasing office so that we can learn their names!

Our Pet Policy

Pet Policy

The required non-refundable pet fee and pet rent are paid at move in.

  • One-Time Fee $300, $450 (2 pets), $600 (3 pets)  We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per apartment. 
  • Monthly pet rent is $20 a month per pet.

  • Aggressive Dog Breeds, Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Iguanas, Narwhals, Giraffes (Due to Liability Reasons)

  • Onsite bark park, large and small pets welcome, and local parks nearby.
