To qualify for this program, all applicants need to meet the standard qualifications, and not exceed the Workforce Housing Income Limits of 80% AMI (Area Median Income) per the respective number of persons living in the home, as outlined below.

What Do I Need to Pre-Qualify?

To begin the workforce housing application for 770 Glenwood by ARIUM, we ask that you present the following documents:

  • Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older
  • 3 months of checking account statements, 3 consecutive pay statements month of savings account, and/or 2 year’s tax returns
  • Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets
