A National Singing Contest for Renters

ARIUM is a national apartment brand that is working to make renting better. This summer, ARIUM is on a mission to change the lives of many renters through its national singing contest, Sounds of Summer, open to ANY renter in America. With the backing of music industry veterans, contestants will get enormous exposure, free prizes, opportunities to travel and perform, mentorship by celebrities, and a chance to win an entire year of free rent*.

Please read the entire Terms and Conditions Here. 

      • The contest is open to any legal resident of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, ages 13 and up, who rents their primary residence. For those under 18, a parent or legal guardian must apply on your behalf and will be required to travel with you for production.
      • ARIUM will confirm each contestant’s eligibility status.
      • Submissions open April 1, 2024, at 12:01 AM and will close April 30, 2024, at 11:59 pm.
      • Video submissions should not exceed 4 minutes, with a maximum file size of 500 MB.
      • One submission per entry.
      • 60 contestants will be chosen to enter the contest and will be notified.
      • Judges will choose 10 semi-finalists based on the virality of the submitted content and the overall talent and creativity of the contestant.
      • Public voting will determine the 4 finalists who will perform in front of a live audience on a big stage to compete to be the overall winner.
      • Public voting will determine the overall winner.
      • Contestants who make the final 4 will be required to travel twice for video production and performances. ARIUM will cover airfare and hotel.

About

Meet Haylee Bice, a powerhouse vocalist from Nebraska, blending R&B and pop effortlessly. She began singing at age 11 and has been writing her own music for about 5 years. In 2020, Haylee debuted with her single “To Stand Tall” and later released her project “No Holding Back and Let Me Go.” Her talent shone on national television as a Cabaret singer on Game Of Talents, and she auditioned for NBC’s The Voice last year.

Winning a year of free rent would be life-changing for Haylee. Balancing a full-time job with gigs and songwriting is a constant juggle, and the financial relief would allow her to focus entirely on her music and craft without the stress of rent payments.
