Yes. Each applicant must complete identity verification before proceeding with the application.
You may attempt verification up to three (3) times.

Identity verification confirms your identity to help prevent fraud and maintain community compliance.
Income must be verified electronically through your employer/payroll provider or bank account. Unverifiable income will be denied.
No. Manual uploads are not accepted (paystubs, offer letters). All income must be verified electronically.
Yes. Multiple income sources may be connected to support your application.
Yes. Co-applicants are allowed and may be required to meet income qualifications.
Each applicant 18 years or older must complete identity and income verification and pay application fee.
No. Personal guarantors are not permitted.
You must apply with a co-applicant who meets qualification requirements.
Yes. A passport may be used for identity verification, but all standard screening requirements still apply.
All applicants are required to pay a deposit. The screening result will determine the required deposit amount.
Conditional approval means additional requirements must be completed before final approval.
It may require one to complete additional steps for approval including potentially paying a higher deposit or enrolling in a security deposit/guarantor alternative program.
You must complete the requirements within 72 hours. If this is not completed during this time frame Your application will not move forward.
Refer to your application update email from our remote Concierge Team. They will guide you through completing your application. Once approved, our onsite team will begin your onboarding process— supporting you every step of your new ARIUM journey, from preparing your welcome letter to welcoming you home on move-in day.
