You can submit any maintenance requests through the resident portal. We respond to all requests within 48 hours. If you have an emergency, please call immediately.
You can access the gym, pool, and clubhouse using your resident key fob. Each amenity has designated hours, which are posted near the entrance.
We love our furry residents! Each household is welcome to have up to two pets. At ARIUM properties there’s a monthly pet rent ranging from $15-$35 per pet. One-time fees relating to pets vary per property. You can learn more about one-time costs on the property's Fees Page.
To keep our communities safe and comfortable for everyone, we have various breed restrictions at our properties. These commonly include Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, or any mix of these breeds. To check if your future home has restrictions, please reach out to our on-site team.

Yes! We provide an inspection form to help ensure everything in your new home meets expectations. During your move-in, our team will walk through the apartment with you and review key details. It’s a great way to make sure your space is clean, functional, and ready for you to settle in comfortably.
