OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this Contest, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Contest.

DESCRIPTION: ARIUM Living (“Sponsor”) invites you to win BILT points (the “Contest”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, LEASE, OR LEASE RENEWAL WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, except residents of the state of New York, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are current residents of a participating ARIUM community as of September 30, 2026, meaning they are named as a leaseholder or authorized occupant on an active ARIUM lease. Entrants must remain current ARIUM residents through winner verification. Sponsor will determine whether an entrant is eligible to participate and will verify eligibility against its resident records.

You must be legally present in the United States, and you must be eligible to accept the prize, if awarded. You must provide Sponsor with any documentation or proof that Sponsor requires, including, without limitation, a valid US passport or valid US driver's license.

Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win a prize: (a) employees or agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and Contest agencies, (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Contest; and (c) persons who are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, children or grandchildren), regardless of where they live; or persons who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law, regulation or rule.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 28, 2026] (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into four (4) weekly entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”), each followed by a drawing:

Entry Period 1: October 1 – October 7, 2026; drawing on or about October 7, 2026

Entry Period 2: October 7 – October 14, 2026; drawing on or about October 14, 2026

Entry Period 3: October 14 – October 21, 2026; drawing on or about October 21, 2026

Entry Period 4: October 21 – October 28, 2026; drawing on or about October 28, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR LEASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

METHOD OF ENTRY:

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter the Contest by completing all of the following steps on either TikTok or Instagram:

(1) Follow the main ARIUM account on the platform used to enter: @ARIUMliving on Instagram or @ExperienceARIUM on TikTok. Entrants must continue following the applicable ARIUM account for at least 30 days after entering the Contest. If an entrant unfollows the applicable ARIUM account during this 30-day period, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and/or require forfeiture of any prize awarded.

(2) Direct message the main ARIUM account on the platform used to enter (@ARIUMliving on Instagram or @ExperienceARIUM on TikTok) with your full name, email address, and ARIUM community name to confirm your entry. Do not include your unit number or other sensitive personal information in your direct message.

(3) Continue following the applicable main ARIUM account, and keep your social media account accessible to Sponsor, through winner verification.

An entrant may complete these steps on both Instagram and TikTok; however, entering on both platforms will count as one (1) entry. An entry is complete only when all steps above have been completed and Sponsor has received the direct message during the Promotion Period. No other method of entry will be accepted.

ENTRY LIMITS:

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the platform used to enter or the number of designated Contest posts liked. Entrants do not need to re-enter each week: each eligible entry is included in the drawing for the Entry Period in which it is received and, if not selected, is automatically carried forward into each remaining drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Promotion Period; an entrant who is selected as a winner will be removed from all subsequent drawings.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random each week, on or about the drawing dates listed above, from all eligible entries received as of the end of that Entry Period (including entries carried forward), for a total of four (4) potential winners. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee using commercially reasonable methods. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by Instagram or TikTok Direct Message and/or email using the contact information provided. The potential winner must respond within [three (3) days] of initial notification and complete the prize claim form provided by Sponsor, which will request the winner’s full name, ARIUM community, unit number, and the email address associated with the winner’s Bilt Rewards account. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Sponsor will never ask for a password, payment, or financial information by direct message.

GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS:

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries must be complete, accurate, authentic, and compliant with these Official Rules to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or invalid submissions, missing uploads, or failed form transmissions.

Each entry and all supporting materials must be original to the entrant or submitted with all necessary rights and permissions. Entries must not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate. Entries must not depict dangerous conduct, violations of ARIUM community rules, unlawful activity, or sensitive information such as apartment access codes, financial information, government identification numbers, or other private information.

Entrants must obtain permission from every identifiable person shown, heard, named, or described in photographs, videos, or other submitted materials. Entrants must not upload resident photographs, video, personal details, testimonials, or other identifying information unless they have authorization to share that material with Sponsor. If a minor is depicted, the entrant must obtain permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor may require written proof of any permission or release.

Submitted photos and video clips must depict genuine, lawful, and reasonably safe activities. Entrants should not stage unsafe conduct, interfere with community operations, enter restricted areas, or violate workplace or community policies to create an entry.

Any attempt to submit more than one entry for the same featured person, including through multiple identities, contact details, forms, or other methods, may result in disqualification of the duplicate submissions at Sponsor’s reasonable discretion.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or ByteDance Ltd. Entrants must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of the platform used to enter.

Contest is subject to all federal, state, local, and municipal laws.

PRIZE: A total of 10,000 ARIUM HomePass points will be awarded, 2,500 ARIUM HomePass points per winner for up to four (4) winners (one (1) per weekly drawing). ARIUM HomePass points are issued through the Bilt Rewards program; winner must have, or create within fourteen (14) days of notification, a Bilt Rewards account in the winner’s own name to receive the prize. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not transferable, except at discretion of Sponsor. Prizes awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND (unless indicated), express or implied, without limitation. No prize substitutions allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion for any reason. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Winner is solely responsible for payment of any taxes on prizes. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned as directed by Sponsor. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded.

PRIZE DETAILS AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Each prize consists of 2,500 ARIUM HomePass points. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is [$25 USD]. The total ARV of all prizes awarded during the Promotion Period is [$100 USD]. Points will be credited to the winner’s Bilt Rewards account within approximately [thirty (30) days] after winner verification.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Points are subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by their respective issuer, including the Bilt Rewards program. Blackout dates, expiration dates, and other limitations may apply, and the redemption value of points may vary. Sponsor is not responsible for any restrictions or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

Prize components may not be combined with other offers, are not transferable (except at Sponsor’s reasonable discretion), and are not redeemable for cash.

TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the prize, as required by law.

RELEASE: By entering the Contest, all entrants grant their consent to the use, display, and publication of their name, social media handle, ARIUM community, biographical information, and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, including the Internet and weekly winner announcements on Sponsor’s social media channels, without limitation or further compensation. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the Contest including all liability, loss, damage or bodily injury resulting from participation in this Contest, and the possession, acceptance, or misuse of prizes. Entrants who do not comply with Official Rules or who attempt to interfere with the proper administration of the Contest in any way shall be disqualified. Entrants grant to Sponsor and each of its respective designees the irrevocable and unconditional right to publicize Entrant’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.

REVIEW: All entries are subject to eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, whether eligibility issues arise before or after entry or other actions taken to participate in the Contest. You warrant and represent that you own or have all rights and permissions necessary for Sponsor to receive, review, and use your submission as authorized by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason, in its sole and reasonable discretion, including a determination that an entrant fails to satisfy any eligibility requirement, violates any submission guideline, fails to obtain necessary permissions, or submits content inconsistent with the spirit of the Contest. Sponsor is not obligated to use, publish, display, or broadcast any submission or entry.

CONTEST INTEGRITY: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or alter the Contest, the process, and winner selection, due to weather, number of entries, or any other circumstance deemed necessary in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to add/change additional competition days or alter the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, computer bugs or viruses; failures in servers or other connections; lost or interrupted or unavailable network, miscommunications, failed phone or hardware or software transmission failure or loss; delayed or corrupted data transmissions; garbled or jumbled transmissions or for any other error of any kind, whether computer, technical printing, typographical, human or other, relating to or in connection with the Contest including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the prize, the processing of entries or in any Contest related materials, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive visit information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to any reason at all, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole reasonable discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest or any element thereof.

DISPUTES: This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Georgia, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

PRIVACY: Information collected through the Contest is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://ariumliving.com/privacy-policy/ and applicable law, including in connection with the administration of this Contest, including, but not limited to, verifying resident eligibility, notifying and verifying potential winners, and fulfilling prizes (including sharing winner information with Bilt Rewards as needed to credit points). [By entering, you agree that Sponsor may add the email address you provide to its ARIUM resident marketing email list; you may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect your entry.] Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.
